Sinusitis Treatment: Dr. Shea’s Approach to Medical Therapy
At Shea ENT, we follow the established guidelines for treating sinusitis.After complete evaluation of the sinus problem, medical therapy is considered, including:
- Oral antibiotics
- Oral and nasal steroids
- Oral and nasal decongestants
- Allergy medications
- Allertol allergy drops
- Sinus irrigations
Only when medical therapy fails, is Balloon Sinuplasty or sinus surgery in an operating room considered. |
